Innovyst bridges the gap between management and healthcare

Management

The Innovyst Program Management approach views the program through the eyes of the client, always considering the impact on scope, schedule, and budget with every decision made. The Program Manager has the dual roles of partnering with the client to identify program goals and prioritizing resources and as the advocate for the contractor for all matters programmatic thus optimizing achievement of program objectives.

Innovyst believes that effective administration, management, and execution of the contract requires meticulous process definition, implementation and oversight to provide quality, timely performance. Procedures for managing all aspects of the contract are well defined and include thorough planning, execution, performance measurement, administration, tracking, and the early recognition and proactive resolution of problems and risk using industry best policies, practices, tools, and methodologies. These elements are integral parts of our management approach. Our focus is to optimize achievement of program objectives, in full coordination with the client employing best practices, tools, and methodologies. These procedures, coupled with continuous process improvement and customer communications, ensures consistently high quality support to the client.

staffing

The Innovyst staffing approach uses established processes and management practices to identify, recruit, train, motivate, and manage qualified staff for the contract. We design our staffing approach to provide a fully staffed team at the end of contract transition, to have a continuous pool of resources to address all tasks, and to retain Key Personnel for the entire contract period. To support the contract, Innovyst designs a highly-qualified combination of incumbent and subcontractor personnel. Our staffing plan begins in advance of award by analyzing, identifying and addressing staff requirements and strategies driven by contract tasks including projected support for any optional tasks.

Our staffing strategy improves the awardee’s ability to:

·        Recruit, develop, and deploy talent required to meet initial and future program demands

·        Adjust staffing profiles and utilization to address changing requirements and surge

·        Retrain or redeploy staff employees as organizational needs change

·        Address critical Human Resources issues in an organized and integrated way

·        Help employees grow in their career

·        Enhance use of HR resources, recruiters and others involved in staffing activities

·        Continually monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of our staffing approach to introduce process improvements

Risk Management and Mitigation

Innovyst developed a tailored Risk Management Plan for the contract which establishes the approach to the identification, assessment, mitigation and tracking of risks associated with this contract. The outcome of the plan implementation is risk identification, assessment and risk documentation in the Risk Register with the goal being an overall reduction of the risk posture of the program. Innovyst recommends periodic Integrated Baseline Reviews as part of the program lifecycle as risks are an inherent part of the program and may be influenced by external entities beyond the control of contract personnel.

Innovyst’s Risk Management Plan evaluates the cost, schedule, technical scope and performance quality impacts to the program:

·        Cost – The cost of additional resources, tools, and GFE

·        Schedule – Changes result in cost increases, impact quality, and affect mission-critical deadlines

·        Technical Scope – Additional requirements impact other assessment areas resulting in activity/service not completed as required

·        Quality – Quality risks result in overall poor performance and substantial additional rework

Strategy and Change Management

Innovyst’s solution is a logical, well-defined and communicated analysis, strategy and resultant change management plan. Innovyst recommends a change management theory that follows a well-defined set of steps from Initiation through Closing.  Formulating the change management strategy is the first critical step to take in implementing a change management methodology. Our strategy provides direction and results in informed decisions, putting the strategy in effect, and describing its impact on the organization. After change management strategy analysis, change management requirements will be analyzed based on multiple structural elements. The goal is to improve our client’s business processes through the adaptation of recommended policies, procedures, and processes to move them from an "as is" to a "to be" state.
